• Forging/Hot Rolling
• Rough machining process keeping stock of 3mm or radius
• Heat Treatment according to customer specification. Normalizing, Quenching, Tempering and Stress relieving
• Mechanical Properties (sample per batch) & Hardness test
• Rough and Finish Machining as per customer drawing specifications
• Ultrasonic Test according to ASTMA388 as per Customer request
• Chemical composition report, Heat treatment report, Dimensional inspection report, UT ( ultrasonic testing )MT ( magnetic particle testing )
• Painting or oil protecting TECTYL 506 or similar
• Packing according to the Customer requirements
